Must have
- Proven experience supporting, maintaining and configuring a wide range of devices
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, Entra ID (users, groups, licensing, conditional access), SharePoint, Teams, Intune
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform & Power BI
- Good experience in second-line IT support
Nice to have
- Experience with LANs, WANs & Internet Technologies
- Experience with Asset Management
- Scripting/coding knowledge of Power Fx, Python, JavaScript or C++
