Job Description:

Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of technologies.

Position Comments:

Flexability to work any shift

Good communication skills necessary

Good troubleshooting/reasoning ability

Must be able to make it work on time each day

Typing skills are preferred (average 25+ wpm)
