We’re looking for a hands-on junior IT support engineer to be our go-to person in the Kyiv office. You’ll handle day-to-day hardware and software support for colleagues, manage equipment, and work closely with the Corp-IT team spread across Warsaw, Tel Aviv, and Limassol. This is a great opportunity to grow into a full sysadmin role - you’ll get exposure to modern cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise tooling from day one.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues in the Kyiv office (hardware, software, connectivity, accounts)
- Set up and configure laptops (macOS and Windows) for new hires, including enrollment in MDM
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks: account provisioning, equipment hand-off, asset tracking
- Troubleshoot network and Wi-Fi issues in the office; escalate to senior engineers when needed
- Manage and track IT inventory (laptops, peripherals, accessories)
- Process IT requests via our helpdesk system (Jira Service Management)
- Purchase the IT equipment
- Follow and improve documentation for common support procedures in Confluence
