Full description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with various IT teams, vendors, and external parties
- Oversee infrastructure projects covering servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, network, security, workplace technology, and data center environments.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and provide timely escalation when required.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure services and deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's security policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and technology standards.
- Prepare project documentation, and project status updates.
- Support system migration, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh, and implementation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery processes
Requirements:
