About the role
Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to join our Help Desk & IT Support team. This is a full-time internship opportunity based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As an IT Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in information technology support whilst working alongside experienced professionals. This role is designed to provide you with practical exposure to IT operations, user support, and technical troubleshooting in a dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues
- Document and track support tickets using the company's helpdesk management system
- Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications and operating systems
- Perform basic network diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting
- Support the maintenance and organisation of IT equipment inventory
- Assist senior IT staff with on-site support visits and deployments
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary
