Full description
Global E-commerce Platform Operations
- Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of global e-commerce platforms
- Monitor system stability, performance, and basic issues
- Assist in issue reporting, tracking, and coordination with technical teams
- System Configuration & Backend Support
- Assist with backend configuration of the e-commerce platform (products, pricing, content, user access, etc.)
- Perform data checks and basic configuration validation across markets
- Project & Testing Support
- Participate in platform enhancement, system upgrade, and bug-fix projects
- Support UAT testing, bug documentation, and pre-/post-release validation
- Cross-functional & Cross-regional Coordination
- Act as a support bridge between IT, engineering, and business teams
- Help consolidate requirements from regional teams and communicate clearly with technical stakeholders
- Third-party System Support
- Assist in the integration and maintenance of third-party services (payment, logistics, CDN, PIM, etc.)
- Support basic troubleshooting of data flow and system connections
- Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and basic SOPs
- Assist in building and updating internal knowledge bases
