We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly
capable IT Project Manager at the Associate level to join the **Technology
Department**, supporting a high-performing North America-focused team within
a prestigious and globally recognized financial services organization.
This role requires strong project execution capabilities, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of **investment
management operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end
delivery** of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and
compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage the full project
lifecycle in accordance with the organization’s project management
methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Define project scope,
objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with
stakeholders.
- Track progress, manage
dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Team Engagement
- Engage and collaborate
with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
