IT Recruiter

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates, particularly women, who are eager to contribute to our recruitment efforts. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques is preferred, although freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
