Role & responsibilities
- Desktop, laptop, printer and IT hardware support.
- LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall and network troubleshooting.
- Application support, troubleshooting and user access management.
- New branch/lab IT setup, including LIMS implementation and training.
- End-user technical support and application training.
- IT asset management, vendor coordination and documentation.
- IT security, system administration and backup monitoring.
- SOP compliance, audit documentation and NC closure support.
