Why This Role Matters
Great security starts with great technology behind the people delivering it.
At Open Systems, you’ll help our teams deliver cybersecurity services to clients around the world by making sure they have the devices, tools, access, and IT support they need to do their best work.
You’ll join our Global IT team in Zurich, supporting a macOS-first environment and working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Jamf Pro, and Intune. Along the way, you’ll grow your technical skills through hands-on collaboration with Service Desk, IT Operations, and Engineering colleagues around the globe.
This is a great next step for someone with a few years of IT support experience who is ready to take more ownership and broaden their technical skills. While the role is at a junior level, it goes beyond a traditional L1 Service Desk position: you’ll take responsibility for issues end-to-end, learn from more experienced colleagues, and gradually expand what you can solve independently.
We value team spirit, curiosity, ownership, and great service. You won’t just solve tickets. You’ll learn, take on new technical challenges, and help us continuously improve the IT experience for our people.

Help Us Deliver Better IT
- Contribute to better ways of working by improving documentation, self-service, automation, and support processes.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the employee IT experience and reduce unnecessary escalations.
Learn & Collaborate Globally
- Work closely with IT Operations and Engineering, learning from experienced technical colleagues and gradually taking ownership of more complex support topics.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues in Switzerland, India, and across our global organization, sharing knowledge and supporting each other as a team.
