About the role

We’re looking for a junior to intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide day to day internal technical support across Fingermark’s global team.

You’ll be the core point of contact for end user support, device management and access provisioning, while also supporting onboarding and offboarding, office networks, workflow automation and security compliance.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, supporting users across New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, the United States, Canada and the Philippines.

The role is ideally 32 hours per week. We may also consider 40 hours per week for the right person where experience and remuneration expectations align.

About you

You’ll have prior experience in IT support, service desk operations or systems administration and be comfortable working independently across a varied workload.

You’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience supporting end users and resolving technical issues

• Experience managing user directories and access controls, such as Google Workspace, Azure AD or Entra ID

• Experience managing macOS and Windows devices

• Exposure to device deployment, patching or fleet management tools

• Some familiarity with automated onboarding/offboarding workflows or SaaS integrations

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Clear English communication skills

• A patient, helpful approach to supporting people

• Good organisation and attention to detail

You’ll be comfortable prioritising tickets and tasks independently, particularly when supporting people working across different time zones.

Experience working with SOC 2 or ISO compliance frameworks would be useful, as would experience supporting distributed teams across APAC or LATAM.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to work across a broad mix of internal technology support within a global technology company. You’ll be supporting people across different countries and working with devices, access, automation, networks and security as part of your day-to-day role.

This is an exciting time to join the Fingermark team. We are in the business of providing next generation connected experiences utilising an effective combination of hardware and software. We aim to make it easier for people to lead their busy lives.

That’s why we offer:

• Competitive remuneration and benefits

• Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities

• A supportive, dynamic environment that values balance and wellbeing

At Fingermark, we own it, stay brave and are customer obsessed. We’ve always got your back, and we never forget to have a laugh. These values drive our success and make Fingermark an incredible place to grow.

Ready to make your mark?

If you're dynamic, caring, courageous and ready to help shape customer and operational experiences for some of the world's leading QSR brands, we'd love to hear from you.
