IT Technical Support Administrator

Salary: $24,000 – $25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Active Directory & Identity Management: Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and auditing user domain accounts, security groups, and access permissions.

• Storage & Capacity Planning: Demonstrated ability to perform folder capacity analysis, monitor storage utilization trends, and project future infrastructure needs.

• Data Protection & Backup Management: Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and testing comprehensive backup handling and disaster recovery plans.

• IT Asset & Inventory Management: Practical experience executing hardware and software stock takes to ensure accurate asset tracking and compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• At least 3 years’ experience in Information Technology area, in which 2-3 years in IT infrastructure

• Experience in Exchanger Servers and Hyper-V

• Experience in Veeam & Solarwinds

• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Willing to work on night and shift

• Experience in networking and Linux is an advantage
