We have an immediate opening for Janitor & Cleaner positions at the FL 2nd District Court of Appeal in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an approximately 1-month assignment with possible extension. The client may hire two part-time (20 hrs/week) or one full-time (40 hrs/week) resource.

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Environment: 3-story government court building
**Duties Include:

Deep cleaning of court building (first week focus)

Cleaning lobby, courtrooms, offices, kitchen, and restrooms

Window cleaning (1st floor)

Use of standard cleaning equipment

**Requirements:
