Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 7-10 years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Multi-threaded Architecture, and Linux environments. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code is highly desirable to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
- Build and optimize distributed and microservices-based systems.
- Develop robust, multi-threaded and concurrent applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work in Linux/Unix environments for development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
