As a Java Full Stack Developer – AVP, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud‑native solutions. You will provide hands‑on technical leadership across architecture, development, cloud deployment, DevOps practices, and mentoring engineering teams, while ensuring high‑quality software delivery.
What You'll Do and How You'll SucceedTechnical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade applications using Java and modern cloud technologies.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
- Drive technical decision‑making and solution architecture across multiple projects.
Application Development
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Build and implement full‑stack solutions using Java, React.js or Angular, and RESTful APIs.
