We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer to join our engineering team. In an environment where our SDLC is powered by cutting-edge AI tools (including generative AI for coding, testing, and documentation), your primary focus will shift from boilerplate implementation to high-level system architecture, critical evaluation of AI-generated code, and complex problem-solving.
This role is for a developer who sees AI not as a replacement for skill, but as a force multiplier that demands greater judgment, technical depth, and prompt engineering expertise. Leveraging AI, you will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Enhanced Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications and microservices (primarily using Spring Boot/Spring Framework). Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, internal tools) to increase speed and offload repetitive tasks.
- Prompt Engineering for SDLC: Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize the efficacy of generative AI tools for writing comprehensive unit/integration tests, drafting technical documentation (Javadoc, API specs), and generating code refactoring suggestions.
