Job Description
As a Game Tester at Mebit, you will be responsible for testing reported issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing games and making review report by following exact steps.
- Providing help for game creators in form of reports about errors and bugs that needs to be fixed.
- Making sure to provide accurate info with enough details and proper explanation.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments in order to provide best possible service.
- Seeking opportunities to improve service processes and procedures.
- Constantly checking channels of communication to stay updated about new procedures.
