Junior Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Maintenance Technician who is eager to develop a career in technical maintenance of production equipment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, enjoys working in a team and is interested in contributing to the reliable and efficient operation of automated production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance activities on machines and production equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine stoppages and identifying the causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Support production line setup, adjustments and optimization of production parameters.
- Participate in equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and identify frequently damaged or replaced components.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.
- Learn and apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and relevant quality management standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
