About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Partnerships Manager for one of our clients, a growing marketplace connecting brands with sponsorship opportunities across sports and live events.
You will help sports teams, event organisers, festivals and venues join the platform and promote their sponsorship opportunities. This includes finding potential partners, introducing the marketplace and helping them create clear, attractive listings.
You will work closely with the founders and the senior partnerships lead, with the opportunity to take ownership of relationships early in your career.
What You Will Do
- Find and contact sports teams, event organisers, festivals, venues and other potential partners.
- Run introductory calls and platform demonstrations.
- Help partners create listings covering sponsorship opportunities, pricing, packages and audience information.
- Manage relationships from the first conversation through onboarding and ongoing support.
- Support the senior partnerships lead with larger partnership opportunities.
- Share market feedback and pricing insights with the founders and product team.
- Attend relevant industry events and networking meetings.
- Track your pipeline, onboarding progress and listing quality.
