Full description

Assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
Help with ingredient weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
Ensure consistent product quality by following established SOPs and hygiene protocols.
Prepare baking trays, mold and utensils before production and clean them after use.
Support product packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment at all times.
