About the role
At ICP Tech. Solutions, we have our own certified center for the repair and maintenance of mobile and electronic devices.
We develop, install, and operate our own repair systems and processes to optimize our activity and offer the best service.
We are currently looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER to join our team of engineers at our headquarters in Meco (Madrid)
What you'll do
- Implementation and design of continuous improvement plans in repair processes for multi-brand mobile telephony and electronic equipment.
- Analysis, reporting, and achievement of KPI objectives.
- Supervision and optimization of already designed processes.
- Contact with various departments.
- Direct contact with both manufacturers and customers, attending to and resolving their needs and incidents.
- Stock optimization
