Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Key Responsibilities
- Turning product needs and loosely defined ideas into clear, testable requirements and specifications
- Drive implementation through AI agents: break work into well-scoped tasks, give the right context and judge the output critically.
- Write code yourself when it's the better choice, whether for prototypes, side projects, fixes, refactoring or parts that need close control.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, architecture fit, security, performance and maintainability, across both backend and frontend.
- Keep specifications and code in sync: spot drift, decide which one is right and fix it.
- Debug issues the agent can't solve by itself, stepping in by hand where needed
Who will enjoy this role
- You are a developer who has embraced AI as your main tool, but you still enjoy getting your hands dirty when necessary
- You get satisfaction from a precise specification that an agent implements correctly on the first try, and just as much from fixing a hard bug yourself.
Who probably won’t
- People whose main motivation is writing code by hand.
- People who use AI only for autocomplete and don't want to change how they work
- People who rely on AI completely and can't work effectively without it.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must-haveSolid programming skills. You have professional experience building and shipping software, and you can still write clean, well-structured code by hand when needed, without the AI.
- Full-stack proficiency:
- Backend: Java (ideally Java 17+/21),
- Frontend: React/Angular
- Testing: unit and integration testing (e.g. JUnit, Vitest), and you understand what makes a test meaningful
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven or Gradle, Docker, Postman, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
- You enjoy using AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode or similar) and want them to be a central part of how you work.
- Flexibility. You move easily between directing an agent and writing code yourself and choose pragmatically rather than dogmatically.
- Strong code literacy. You can read, review and reason about code you didn't write, and quickly see when generated code is subtly wrong, too complex or not what was asked for.
- Good understanding of software architecture: modular design, interfaces and contracts, dependencies between components.
- Comfortable with Git, code reviews and debugging tools.
