Junior Software Engineer

REVER is a Barcelona based startup backed by Y-Combinator. REVER's mission is very ambitious: Change the way people buy by giving superpowers to shoppers. We are now obsessed on drastically improving the return experience both for the shopper and the e-commerce.

The challenge is massive: We want to change a $2.5 Trillion industry. For that we have a lot of gas, an outstanding product team and we are very well funded.

Right now we are 40 people in total, 10 in the product team and we are looking for Software Developers (backend and frontend) to join our team in Barcelona.

As a Software Developer You Will:

• Work on the most challenging problems within the eCommerce space

• Build a game changing product that is revolutionizing the way returns are managed

• Make our technology and our teams scale as the business grows

• Directly impact the product by working close to other teams and e-commerce leaders

• Innovate, launch very fast and learn from the results

• Join a friendly team that supports each other and has the drive to excel at an engineering and product level

• Own from the software infrastructure to the product

We don't require a specific experience because currently we have a fit for both junior and senior profiles both in Frontend and Backend positions. But you must have:

• The ability to learn quickly, adapt easily and work in a fast-paced environment

• A strong product and business sense

• Passion and energy

• Either a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or similar or engineering experience in a Tech Startup

Culture at REVER is very unique:

• Olympic team: we see ourselves as an elite sports team

• Launch fast: we launch (very) fast

• Full gas: our goals are ambitious and that's not for everyone. Passion & hunger needed!

• Change the game: challenge often and aim always higher, we are never done

• Ownership: tech & product are embeded, giving engineers much more ownership on everything product

We believe that performance is contagious that's we've build a super high talent-density team. The bar is very high, but working with talented people pays off every single day. All of this happening in a sunny office in the center of Barcelona
