Summary of Responsibilities:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and expanding Chervon's presence within the Hardware Channel account portfolio, including DIB Group, Orgill, and EJD. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality who proactively identifies new business opportunities, secures incremental placement, expands distribution, and drives adoption of new products and programs. The successful candidate combines strategic account management with aggressive business development to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth. They must possess a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability while thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Sales and Account Management

Drives profitable growth through both account expansion and new business development.

Product, Channel and Pricing

Places new and existing product through product line reviews, new product launches, etc.

Works closely with marketing and product development teams on product offering, pricing, and promotions

Works closely with brand management and product management to maintain a robust and comprehensive product road map for the channel
