Key Account Manager

Nolato MediTech develops and manufactures polymer products and systems for global Medtech and Pharma customers. We offer extensive turnkey solutions within plastic & silicone molding as well as innovative assembly solutions.

Do you want to work with sales in an industry where structure, quality and long-term partnerships matter more than quick deals? Do you enjoy being the hub between the customer and the organization, leading the commercial dialogue together with experienced specialists?

Then this could be the right role for you!

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager at Nolato MediTech you work with sales within contract manufacturing of medical devices. You are responsible for driving customer dialogues and managing business processes from request for quotation to signed agreement, in close collaboration with internal functions such as engineering, quality, purchasing and controlling.

Instead of selling a finished product, you lead and structure the commercial side of complex projects with long life cycles. You make sure the customers’ needs are clearly understood, that internal stakeholders are aligned and that we offer sus-tainable, high-quality solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

You report directly to the Managing Director, who holds the overall sales responsibility, and you work together with a sen-ior Sales Account Manager who acts as your mentor and support. You become a key player in a structured, professional sales organization with clear processes and decision paths.

We have two facilities that you will support, Hörby and Lomma. The position is placed at our Hörby facility

Main responsibilities

• Contribute to new sales by identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers, in line with Nolato MediTech’s strategy and established ways of working
• Drive, coordinate, and prepare quotations in accordance with the Quotation Review process
• Act as the customer’s primary point of contact (pricing and commercial contracts)
• Communicate and negotiate product prices and services with customers
• Lead and facilitate Business Review meetings with customers
• Work closely with the Medical Solutions business area to ensure alignment of customer strategies, pipeline, and business opportunities

You always have access to strong expertise within engineering, quality and regulatory affairs, and you work together with these functions in your commercial decisions.
