Kitchen Team Member (Dish & Prep) for Mamahuhu Palo Alto

About the Role

Our kitchen is built around a custom wok range with 120,000 BTU burners. Cooking that fast only works when everything is ready before service starts: vegetables cut, meats marinated and sliced thin, sauces made, and everything in its place. That's where you come in.

As a Kitchen Team Member on dish and prep, you keep the kitchen running. You'll prep ingredients to recipe standards, keep the dish station moving so the line never runs out of clean wares, and help the whole back-of-house team stay set up for a smooth service.
