We’re looking for L2 Support Engineer (HN) to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Services Delivery team.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for implementing all the processes and activities related to Managed Services which can support to customers or partners based on Microsoft technologies.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in managed service projects based on Active Directory Domain service, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange hybrid, Microsoft Entra ID and SSO, Microsoft Azure;

• Participation in security managed service projects mostly based on Microsoft technology such as: Entra ID conditional access, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview (Microsoft Information Protection), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity

• Writing KB documentation and user\admin guides;

• Perform quaterly or annually assessment and prepare assessment reports for systems as Active Directory, Entra ID Hybrid, Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid..

• Collaboration with other teams (another engineers, service managers, APAC colleagues);

• Can participate in delivering projects with around 20% workload

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• - At least 1 year of experience in managing and administering M365 environments.

• - Experience in Office 365 configuring (Microsoft 365 Tenant, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online)

• - Experience in hybrid scenarios with Entra ID Hybrid, Exchange Hybrid and migrations;

• - Experience in Microsoft 365 security such as Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• - Good knowledge in core infrastructure (Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, System Center Configuration Manager) will be the privilege;

• - Basic knownledges and experience in Azure Cloud Platform

• - Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.

• - English language - good speaking English

• - Ability to work on a globally dispersed team in a 24*7*365 environemnt
