Job Description:
Traffic & Security Management
- Configure WAF (Web Application Firewall) policies to protect apps from cyber threats.
- Manage NGFW (Next-Generation Firewalls) rules, VPNs, and threat prevention features.
- Deploy SSLO (SSL Orchestrator) to decrypt and inspect encrypted traffic efficiently.
- Optimize Proxies for secure web gateways and URL filtering control.
- Maintain SSL Offloaders to free up server resources from heavy encryption tasks.
Access & Identity Control
- Manage PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools to secure admin accounts and credentials.
- Enforce least privilege policies to restrict unauthorized access to critical assets.
- Monitor privileged sessions to audit and detect suspicious user activity.
- Rotate digital keys and passwords automatically using vault storage systems.

Availability & Routing
- Manage Link Load Balancers to distribute traffic across ISP links safely.
- Ensure high availability of applications using intelligent traffic routing.
Operations & Tools
- Monitor infrastructure health constantly using NMS (Network Management Systems).
- Resolve escalated tickets within strict timelines using ITSM (IT Service Management) tools.
- Document changes and technical procedures clearly for the engineering team.
