Job Summary
Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Full Stack Development to join its AI/GenAI team and contribute to building enterprise-grade software applications.
The role involves designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and extending software applications and services within a regulated medical-device development environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Angular, FastAPI, cloud technologies, databases, and LLM-powered application development.
The candidate will contribute to application architecture, technical design, implementation, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with quality, information security, and data privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development
- Build user-facing application features using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and enterprise UI component libraries.
- Develop maintainable, scalable, and responsive frontend applications.

- Back-End Development
- Design, develop, and maintain asynchronous server-side services using Python and FastAPI.
