Full description
TL;DR: We are seeking a Lead Brand Designer to shape the visual expression of Conduct’s brand across every audience we serve. Conduct is building the operating system for the agentic enterprise, and our brand and visual identity should be as cutting edge as the technology behind it. Our technology is reimagining how enterprises run. Your job is to make the way Conduct looks, moves, and feels just as bold, so the future we’re building is impossible to miss.
WHY CONDUCT
We believe the world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the decade-old systems they run on. Today they don't.
Every process change, every new product line runs into software systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human mind can fully comprehend. New requirements take months to ship, system migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain.
We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service.
We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
You will elevate and expand our recent rebrand and design the work that brings Conduct to life, from the website and customer conferences to billboards, social media, and customer testimonial videos, as part of the marketing and comms team.
In practice:
- Evolve and steward Conduct’s visual identity across every format, building on the recent rebrand and keeping everything consistent through templates and an interactive brand book
- Partner with the founders, marketing, and engineers on go-to-market creative, turning complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories
- Build scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion
- Design hands-on, from the website and social media to billboards, booths, and customer conference environments
- Lead creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production, including customer testimonial videos
- Brief and direct agencies, printers, and freelancers where we need extra capacity
- Work as part of the broader marketing and comms team, partnering closely with every function, from events and product marketing to employer brand and partnerships
