Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, Azure services, CI/CD, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications.

• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive web applications using React JS.

• Drive technical design discussions and enforce development best practices.

• Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives.

• Ability to work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project.

Required Skills :

• 8+ years of experience in Java application development.

• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.

• Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
