ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril's Quality organization is seeking a Learning and Development Program Manager, Quality to join our team and design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that empower our quality professionals and the cross-functional teams they support. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements, and this role ensures that every person touching quality processes has the knowledge, skills, and tools to execute at the highest level.
We are growing, and this role will be instrumental in building the training infrastructure to support internal site growth, the implementation of a world-class quality management system software application, and the ongoing development of quality capabilities across our internal manufacturing sites, supplier sites, and our Arsenal 1 facility. You will create and deliver onboarding programs, skills-based curricula, and continuous learning pathways that drive adoption of QMS processes and cultivate a culture of quality at Anduril.
The right person for this role brings extensive knowledge in Quality Management Systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement — not to operate those systems directly, but to translate that expertise into training content, competency frameworks, and development programs that help others succeed on the quality journey. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the quality organization's goals, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments across quality teams to identify skill gaps and emerging development priorities tied to program milestones and audit findings.
- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, planning sessions as needed.
