Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Accurately document resident care and interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
