Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Linux System Engineer with +3 years of experience to join our Technology team in Porto.

What you will do
- Maintenance, operation, and continuous development of our Linux-based server landscapes (Enterprise Linux distributions such as SLES and Alma Linux).
- Administration, configuration, and operation of our Centreon monitoring environment, including related components (MariaDB, Pollers, Nagios/Centreon Plugins, Centreon Engine, Reporting).
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management and deployment pipelines (e.g., using Ansible, SaltStack).
- Onboarding new systems, developing custom check scripts (Python, Bash), and integrating APM, log, and performance metrics.
- Analyzing system faults, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing optimization and hardening measures.
