Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full-time, fully in-office opportunity in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our team values face-to-face collaboration, close mentorship, and the ability to work directly alongside experienced litigators on active client matters.

Note

Candidates must have 1+ years of civil litigation experience, Wisconsin Bar admission, and a strong litigation foundation developed through meaningful training and mentorship from experienced litigators. We are also open to more experienced attorneys who are a strong fit.

Job Description

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business, construction, real estate, banking, and commercial disputes.
• Work closely with experienced partners on case strategy, client counseling, and management of active litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Manage written discovery, document review, deposition preparation, and other key phases of litigation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical guidance throughout their matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver strong client results.
