- Manage daily logistics, distribution, warehouse, and delivery activities.
- Plan and optimize transportation through air, land, and sea networks.
- Manage delivery planning, capacity planning, load optimization, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Track logistics performance, including cost, quality, delivery time, and service KPIs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics service providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify logistics risks and develop contingency plans.
- Resolve delivery, transportation, inventory, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, customs, trade, environmental, and company requirements.
- Prepare reports and use performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
