Must have
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with minimum four years of related experience in the maintenance industry.
- Certification / Licensure and experience in assigned maintenance field (ex: Automotive, HVAC, Masonry) preferred
- Valid PA driver’s license.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle loads of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be flexibleregardingscheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed.
