Your work profile
Responsibilities:
- Good 10+ yrs hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Experience in 5 to 6 end to end implementation
- Lead a team of developers and coordinate their efforts to ensure the successful
completion of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their
professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand
project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop project plans, set realistic timelines, and manage resources effectively to
meet project goals and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications, adhering to
best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to
established guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the team to
identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and
provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
