- Driving high-performing engineering practices across the team, with AI and agentic tool adoption as a core enabler.
- Owning performance management, professional development, and team health across both full-time and contract resources
- Engaging actively in hiring and talent development as the team evolves.
Solution Delivery
- Owning delivery outcomes across data integration, configuration, and reporting solutions, increasingly leveraging AI and agentic capabilities to improve quality and accelerate delivery.

- Serving as the primary technology point of contact for business partners; communicating delivery status and trade-offs clearly and ensuring business needs are well understood by the team.
Engineering Practice & Continuous Improvement
- Elevating engineering craft across the team — setting a high bar for solution design, data engineering discipline, and technical decision-making as AI reshapes what great engineering looks like.
- Championing agile delivery practices within the team while staying aligned to broader engineering community standards and best practices.
