Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, manage a team of finance professionals, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations
Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inter-company accounting
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial close processes
Prepare financial reports, management reports, and variance analysis
Support audits and statutory compliance requirements
Manage banking activities and balance sheet reconciliations
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Mentor, train, and develop accounting team members
Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders
Track key financial metrics and support business decision-making

Requirements

CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
Prior team management or supervisory experience
Experience in BPO, KPO, ITES, or shared services environments is preferred
Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
