Full description
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment center operations, including inbound, inventory, order processing, outbound, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Drive productivity by optimizing manpower utilization, shift planning, and daily operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and warehouse SOPs.
- Track key operational metrics such as productivity, fill rate, TAT, inventory accuracy, and order accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational and quality targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, last-mile, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and facility maintenance.
