MNTN is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales to lead and grow a high-performing team from our Austin office. You’ll set the pace day-to-day by building strong sales habits, coaching with purpose, and using data to help the team deliver consistently.

This is a hands-on role for a leader who can turn feedback into action and bring out the best in their team. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to sharpen our sales motion and help more advertisers grow with Performance TV.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives by setting clear expectations and accountability across activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

• Run the team’s day-to-day operating rhythm, including stand-ups, pipeline reviews, call coaching, one-on-ones, and performance conversations.

• Use performance data and call insights to identify trends, remove roadblocks, and improve individual and team results.

• Coach the team on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.

• Build a high-energy, supportive team culture rooted in trust, ambition, quality, and accountability.

• Partner closely with recruiting to continually recruit, interview, hire, and ramp new team members as the organization grows.

• Own the performance and development of your team, recognizing strong performance, addressing gaps quickly, and helping high-potential reps prepare for their next opportunity at MNTN.

• Work closely with Enablement to strengthen onboarding, ongoing training, and manager-led coaching.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve lead flow, territory coverage, sales processes, and reporting.

• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deliver clear, reliable forecasts to sales leadership.

• Share feedback from prospects and the sales team to help improve our messaging, tools, and overall go-to-market approach.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years leading an inside sales, business development, or similar high-volume sales team.

• A strong track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

• Experience managing activity-driven sales motions with clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes.

• The ability to turn data, call reviews, and performance trends into focused coaching and action plans.

• Strong communication skills and a direct, thoughtful approach to feedback and accountability.

• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent across different experience levels.

• Comfort working in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales engagement or productivity tools.

• The ability to move quickly, stay organized, and lead through change without losing sight of the team.

• Experience in advertising technology, SaaS, digital media, or Connected TV is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

• The team consistently meets or exceeds its activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.

• New hires ramp quickly through structured onboarding, clear expectations, and consistent coaching.

• Forecasts are accurate, the pipeline is healthy, and Salesforce data is trusted.

• Coaching leads to measurable improvement in rep performance, sales skills, and conversion rates.

• The Austin team is engaged, accountable, and known for delivering high-quality work together.

On-Site Expectations

This role is based in Austin, Texas and works on-site with the Inside Sales team. Being in the office is a core part of the role and how this leader will coach, collaborate, and build the team’s culture.
