• Identify practical opportunities to improve or grow assigned businesses and make effective use of Westerner Park assets and resources.
• Manage approved expenditures, contracts and initiatives within delegated authority and work across portfolios to coordinate shared requirements.

Parking Operations

• Lead the implementation, stabilization and ongoing management of Westerner Park's paid Parking business.
• Establish or recommend Parking rates, products, systems and service approaches and plan for event demand, staffing, accessibility, traffic flow and customer communications.
• Coordinate with event teams regarding schedules, anticipated attendance, lot availability and Parking requirements.
• Coordinate with Park & Facilities to ensure parking areas are physically ready, including maintenance, snow and ice control, grounds and infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor Parking revenue, profitability, utilization, operating costs and customer feedback and adjust the business approach as appropriate.

• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, services and business performance and serve as Staff Liaison to the RV Resort Ad Hoc Committee.

Commercial Operations & New Ventures

• Lead other assigned stand-alone commercial operations, including farmland leasing where applicable, as organizational priorities evolve.

• Implement and manage approved commercial initiatives, agreements and operating relationships and monitor their ongoing performance.
• Recommend whether new initiatives should be continued, expanded, modified or discontinued, while avoiding duplication with Venue sales, Signature Events, sponsorship, Marketing or other established accountabilities.

This role is expected to adapt to organizational needs and may take on additional responsibilities to support the success of Westerner Park. What You’ll Bring
