About the Role

As the Quality Engineering Lead – Cloud Platform, you will define and drive the quality engineering strategy for the Cloud Platform and help raise quality across the products that build on it.

You will establish quality standards and test policies, common test harnesses and tooling, quality metrics and dashboards, environment promotion gates, and release management and readiness governance. You will work across Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, and Operations to drive consistent quality practices and improve release confidence.

What You Will Do

• Set quality standards and test policy and drive consistent adoption across platform and product engineering teams.

• Establish common test harnesses and toolingfor API, integration, compatibility, performance, reliability, and cross-product testing.

• Define quality metrics and dashboards that make regression health, performance, reliability, escaped defects, and release quality measurable and visible.
