Manager, Robotics Data Collection Ops, Frontier AI & Robotics (FAR)

Are you interested in solving the most critical operations problem behind cutting-edge robotics development? Interested in a fast dynamic environment? Amazon's Frontier AI & Robotics (FAR) team is building advanced robotic systems through frontier foundation models, and high-quality data collection is a core input to that research. Come lead the data operations team that produces the ground-truth data our models learn from.

We are looking for a Manager of Robotics Data to manage the shift of our data collection operation in San Francisco. You will manage a 20–30-person team of data collectors, own delivery and process for the shift, and ensure quality and throughput targets are met. You will be responsible for identifying the key initiatives to increase capacity and efficiency of the team, and partner with engineering, DC tech leads and researchers closely to deliver.
