About EY Sales Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to join our Sales Transformation Practice within EY Studio+. In this role, you will work closely with client business teams across the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle, helping organisations reimagine their sales strategy, operating model, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.

As part of our Sales Transformation team, you will apply your expertise across lead-to-order processes and broader commercial operations to deliver complex, high-impact client engagements. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping clients define customer segmentation, optimise sales coverage models, and design future-ready sales processes that enable successful technology implementation.

You will operate across a dynamic mix of transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders to solve some of their most pressing growth and performance challenges. From shaping the future vision of sales to driving its practical delivery, you will play a key role in designing and implementing next-generation sales capabilities.

At EY Studio+, we combine deep industry expertise with leading-edge AI, data, and technology to unlock tangible commercial outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only imagine the future of sales, but to build it, delivering measurable impact for clients and shaping how organisations grow in an increasingly digital and data-driven world.

The Opportunity

As a Manager in the Sales Transformation Practice within EY Studio+, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact transformation programmes that help clients reimagine and modernise their end-to-end sales capabilities. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders across the lead-to-cash lifecycle to shape sales strategy, optimise operating models, and implement future-ready processes and technology that drive sustainable revenue growth and improved commercial performance.

You will take ownership of key workstreams and overall delivery across engagements, ensuring the successful translation of strategy into execution. This includes leading teams to define customer segmentation, design sales coverage models, transform sales processes, and enable technology-led change. You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and lasting impact.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong programme management, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes, managing and coaching teams, and building trusted relationships with clients. Working across a diverse portfolio of engagements, you will help organisations tackle complex growth and efficiency challenges, while shaping and scaling next-generation sales capabilities.
