Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Regulatory Compliance

Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager FP&A & Regulatory Compliance (CA)

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 8- 12 years of experience, preferably from an NBFC or Housing Finance background.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the business

• Analyze company performance and provide insights to improve profitability

• Build financial models and support business growth initiatives

• Prepare RBI returns and ensure regulatory compliance

• Handle financial reporting and Ind AS accounting requirements

• Create management reports, board presentations, and investor updates

• Work closely with business, sales, operations, and leadership teams

• Support audits, annual reports, and other finance-related projects

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Hands-on experience with RBI reporting and Ind AS

• Prior experience in NBFC/HFC sector

• Good knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI/Tableau, GST, and TDS

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
