Manager Service Excellence

Manager Service Excellence Benelux

Build the service organization that customers don't see but feel every day.

When service runs smoothly, customers barely notice it. Appointments happen on time, spare parts are available, and technicians have what they need to deliver an excellent service experience.

As Manager Service Excellence Benelux, you ensure the systems, processes and teams behind that experience perform at their best. You drive operational excellence, lead continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future of our service organisation across the Benelux.

What you'll do
**Together with operational leaders and support teams, you'll improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the service organisation. You will:

• Lead the Service Planning and Support teams.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across the service chain.
• Optimise planning, capacity management and resource utilisation.
• Improve operational KPIs, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen collaboration between Service, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Improve spare parts availability and First Time Fix performance.
• Support digitalisation and service system improvements.
• Translate strategy into practical actions with measurable impact.

Why you'll enjoy this role

This is a role for someone who likes building and improving. You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the Benelux service organisation while combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll work across operations, supply chain, logistics and digitalisation, leading initiatives that directly impact both customer experience and business performance.

Team & culture

You will report to the Aftersales Director Benelux and lead a team of approximately 12 professionals in the Netherlands and Belgium.

We value collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. Success in this role comes from connecting people, simplifying complexity and turning ideas into results.

What we're looking for

You bring leadership experience in service, operations, supply chain or a similar environment and have a strong continuous improvement mindset.

You have experience with working in a matrix organisation or group.

You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach, have experience leading change in complex organisations, and are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and strong communication skills in Dutch and English are important.

Why Remeha?

At Remeha, you'll join an organisation with a strong heritage and a clear focus on the future. As the energy transition accelerates, we continue to invest in digitalisation, service innovation and sustainable climate solutions.

What you can expect:

• The opportunity to drive meaningful improvements with visible business impact.
• An attractive salary and benefits package, including a 13th month.
• 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
• A strong pension scheme.
• Plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development.
