Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

The Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning, and vendor management. The role ensures timely material availability, cost efficiency, smooth production flow, and on-time customer deliveries while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.

• Coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities.

• Develop production and material planning schedules.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.

• Optimize inventory levels and reduce supply chain costs.

• Coordinate with production, sales, and vendors to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare MIS reports and analyze supply chain performance.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
