Manifest Supervisor

Our customer is hiring for the following role:

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily manifest operations in Jeddah, ensuring accurate shipment documentation, customs compliance, and efficient coordination with customers, shipping lines, port authorities, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import, export, and transit manifest activities.

• Prepare, review, and submit shipment manifests and related documentation accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, customers, and relevant port authorities.

• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, MAWANI, and applicable customs regulations.

• Monitor shipment movements, clearance status, and documentation deadlines.

• Resolve manifest discrepancies, documentation errors, and operational delays.

• Coordinate with SDES Dammam operations regarding cargo transfers and bonded shipments.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

• Support customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance, or manifest operations.

• Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations.

• Familiarity with ZATCA/Fasah systems and shipping documentation.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.

• Good command of English and Arabic preferred.
